Štěpánka Andělová

Štěpánka Andělová is a graduate of the Prague Conservatoire, where she studied under the guidance of Prof. Vladislav Borovka and Prof. Pavle Tylšar. She furthered her studies at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne under Prof. Jean-Louise Capezzali, and at present she is studying at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin in the studio of Prof. Dominik Wollenweber.

She has won a number of prizes at Czech and international competitions and has taken part in masterclasses led by world-famous oboists.

She has played with the Hradec Králové Philharmonic and has performed as an extra with the Brno Philharmonic. She has been a member of the Orchestral Academy of the Staatsphilharmonie Nürnberg, and she belongs to the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO).

She has made solo appearances with the Filharmonií Hradec Králové Philharmonic and the West Bohemia Symphony Orchestra in Mariánské Lázně.
