Štěpánka Andělová

Štěpánka Andělová is a graduate of the Prague Conservatoire, where she studied under the guidance of Prof. Vladislav Borovka and of Prof. Pavel Tylšar. She furthered her studies at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne under Prof. Jean-Louise Capezzali and is currently studying at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin in the studio of Prof. Dominik Wollenweber. She has won a number of awards at Czech and international competitions and has taken part at masterclasses led by world-famous oboists. She has played in the Hradec Králové Philharmonic and has appeared with the Brno Philharmonic as an extra. She has been a member of the Orchestral Academy of the Nuremberg State Philharmonic and is a member of the European Union Youth Orchestra (EUYO). She has made solo appearances with the Hradec Králové Philharmonic and the West Bohemian Symphony Orchestra in Mariánské Lázně.
