Once upon a time there was a Chinese emperor who loved toys, technical novelties, machines of all kinds, and mechanical puppets. Then one day he received an unusual gift: a mechanical nightingale wound up with a key. But can it replace the lovely song of a live nightingale? And what happens if the toy breaks?
We wander over the mountains, across Moravia and Slovakia, to see what music dancing are like when done eagerly. We'll plunk on the cimbalom and fiund out what it's like to lead playing the violin or to accompany playing double bass or viola, and at the end, we'll dance together. What fun!

Together with actress Martha Issová, we will venture into the realm of musical wonders and the world of Jaroslav Ježek. In a new programme we will commemorate the 120th anniversary of the birth of this composer, conductor and pianist. You will also be welcomed by the trombone and tuba section of the Czech Philharmonic - Deep Brass Association.
