Rudolfinum — Staircase in front of the main entrance

We invite you to a pre-Christmas meeting at the Rudolfinum, where our philharmonic beehives are located.

We will sing Christmas carols to the bees on the name day of St. Ambrose, the patron saint of bees and beekeepers. You will learn from a specialist in rooftop beekeeping what the Ambrose Songs are and how such music affects bees. We will also reveal what it means to have a beehive on the roof of a national cultural monument and how we take care of this tradition at the Rudolfinum.

We will meet in front of the main entrance to the Rudolfinum. Czech Television will be filming the event on site.

If you have any questions, please contact the organizer Augustin Uváčik at 776262602.

We look forward to seeing you!
