Opening hours of the ticket office
September-June
Every weekday 10 am – 6 pm.
July-August
Every weekday 10 am – 3 pm.
On the day of the concert
The ticket office is open until the start of the concert.
For morning concerts of the Czech Philharmonic, open anytime 1 hour before the start of the concert.
For afternoon Czech Philharmonic concerts on weekends and holidays, the ticket office is open 2 hours before the start of the concert.
Customer service opening hours
September-June: Every weekday 9 am – 6 pm.
July-August: Every weekday 9 am – 3 pm.
On the day of the concert:
During the concert of the Czech Philharmonic until the beginning of the concert. Valid for weekdays only.
